Application

Direct to textile printing. For cut-piece articles and ready-to-wear.

Instruction

  1. The printing process can be done either manual or via automatic screen-printing.
  2. In halftone print, one [1] stroke is ideal but two [2] strokes are acceptable.
  3. On dark ground substrates, print white under base and Arbitrend Glow Light Natural as top print.
  4. Curing is recommended to greatly increase washing fastness. Curing will also give the print a glossier print output.

Recommended Curing Parameters

  • Drying time : 10 seconds
  • Temperature : 110ºC (230ºF)
  • Equipment : Heat press/oven/flash cure
  • Pre-curing : Heat gun

Time and temperature may vary depending on the curing equipment used.

Clean Up

Wash materials used with soap and water. Observe all local regulations when disposing of this substance.

Storage & Handling

Store tightly covered at temperatures between 10ºC – 30ºC (50ºF – 86ºF) and a relative humidity between that of 25% to 70%. Keep away from direct sunlight or high temperatures.
