Packaging: 20K, 4K, 1K, 500g, 250g, 125g

Discharge ink base is for discharge print output. It requires a 100% reactive-dyed cotton substrate for a brilliant print outcome.

Mix the Aquagent 100, an additive agent, into the Arbisol DS100 base in order to activate the discharge effect. [★] Such a mixture should be consumed within eight (8) hours to avoid oxidation, after which, the ink shall no longer have discharge effect.

Printing Procedure

1. To achieve good color brilliancy during screen-printing (manual), maintain medium pressure and speed with a 45º to 60º angle. Semi-cure with a heat gun to keep ink dry but not entirely discharged. Discharge print will give a brighter print output when fully cured via heat press, oven, or flash cure machine.
2. The printing process can be done either manual or via automatic screen-printing. Suggested maximum of two [2] strokes, two [2] coats on spot designs and single-color half-tone prints. It is not recommended on CMYK prints.

Cleanup

Wash materials used with soap and water. Observe all local regulations when disposing of this substance.

Storage Condition

Store tightly covered at temperatures between 10ºC – 30ºC (50ºF – 86ºF) and a relative humidity between that of 25% to 70%. Keep away from direct sunlight or high temperatures.

Additional Information

Print according to color sequence. A ready-mixed base is recommended to beginners on screen-printing. Otherwise, you can mix the color yourself. Just ensure not to incur over-pigment load.

To achieve a smooth surface print, heat press curing is recommended.

To achieve good color opacity and brilliance during screen-printing (manual), maintain medium pressure and speed with a 45º to 60º angle.

Keep the screen wet by flooding the screen with just the right amount of ink or keep the screen clean.
